To edit or update a document that has been published (uploaded) to the Creditors Portal you will need to
1. Take down the Document
2. Update the contents of the document
3. Publish the document to the portal again
The new version of the document, with the same name, will now be available on the Portal.
Note: This will require at least version 3.19 of the InsolDataSync Service. Please contact support asking for an upgrade if your IT has not recently updated the software on the Insol Database/Application Server.
