What's the benefit of using the support site (or the software link)?
- User can see their history,
- Becomes familiar with the knowledge base so they can self-serve,
- they will be more likely to correctly fill in the title
- the solutions available for a reporting problem are presented to the user (prefills)
From the support site (https://exalt.zendesk.com)
The easiest way to raise a support issue is to click "Submit a Request" from the top right menu on this help site.
By raising support issues this way you will be provided with support articles that may solve your problem, without any further interaction with support.
You may also raise a new issue by emailing email@example.com. This will add the ticket to Zendesk and we will make sure your email address is added to our user list and associate you with your practice (organisation).
Once you are registered, you can view all your previous support issues from the top menu: Support > My Activities.
You can ask to be set up to see all tickets raised by users in your organisation.

These are the software options:
- Lodge a support ticket
A "support" button is available from on the toolbar in the software. Clicking the support button will take you to the support page and allow you to raise a support issue online and search the knowledge base.
You can call our support team on 1300876058 to speak to one of our support team members. If there are not support team members available to take your call you can leave your details and a ticket will be raised for you automatically.
