Error authorising batches from the home page version 2016.06

We have identified an error in version 2016.06 when clicking into practice batches requiring authorisation from the home page.  Ordinary job batches are not affected.

You will receive error 91 "Object with block variable not set" and the batch authorisation page will not load.

Please organise for your IT department to execute the attached script into you database to prevent this error from re-occurring.
