Choosing selected creditors for inclusion in a dividend

Sometimes, you may want to only include some creditors in a dividend. Or prepare an equalising dividend for employees.

First, click Pick creditors on the General and Dividend tab of the creditor register.

Then, tick the one you want in the Div column.

There are also right-hand click options on the list of creditors. Using a combination of holding down the SHIFT key and the mouse you can select the creditors you want to pick and select Pick Creditors

Another option you have is to select the manual dividend option:

 

...and enter the amounts specifically:

In this way, you can enter the exact amount you wish each creditor will receive.
