Subscribe to new knowledgebase articles published on Zendesk FAQs

You can subscribe to FAQs (or any category) by logging into Zendesk and navigate to the FAQ section.

The easiest way to subscribe:

1.  Navigate to the support home page

2. Click on the FAQ heading hyperlink


The FAQ summary page appears showing all articles in the FAQ category.

3.  Click the "Following" button and select the "New Articles" option

You will now receive an email when new articles are added to our knowledge base.
