Single Touch Payroll (STP) - Submission Errors (Summary)

Below are links to errors that we have seen when submitting STP and possible solutions.

Error - STP2-Error-The-Tax-Treatment-Code-is-invalid

Error - Cessation reason code must be provided

Error - Chilkat Synchronous request error occurred processing the request

Error - Maximum Severity Reported

Error - At least one PAYEVNTTEMP child must be provided

Error - A record with the same submission ID already exists

Error - The request could not be processed. Reason - Unauthorized

Error - Validation error minLength constraint failed 'TelphoneMinimalN' has an invalid value according to its data type

Error - Validation error minLength constraint failed 'Line1T' has an invalid value according to its data type

Error - Print Summary report (Employees STP Payment Summary Listing) is blank

Error - The system cannot find the files selected

Error: minInclusive constraint failed

Error - You are not authorised to lodge on behalf of this client

Error - Conversion failed when converting the varchar value '.' to data type int.

Error - Request could not be processed. Reason: Forbidden

Error - The previous submission has already been replaced
