When creating a merge a document by using the merge option in the document production wizard 'Output as Merged Document', two files are created:
- The document based on the document template
- A data source
The data source is saved in the job folder "\\JobDocFolder\Datasources\"
If you view the output document you can view the recipients by clicking on the Mailings tab in MS Word.
Clicking "Preview Results" will switch between showing the merge codes and displaying the recipients.
