The Error
This error reports when uploading files to the portal.
To work properly the service needs:
Job folder as UNC Path
Ensure the Job file-system folder location is set to a UNC path. A pre-requisite of the portal set up, so the service can find the documents.
What is a UNC path?

How to find your UNC path?
To find the UNC path open a command prompt and type the following
cmd> net use
Note
The document management root folder should be set to a UNC path so new jobs inherit the UNC path setting. Users can still use mapped drives to access document.
A central service usually called "InsolDataSync" is responsible for uploading documents to the creditors' portal. This is usually installed on a server location and runs under the permissions granted to a user account that has been assigned to this service.
2. File system permissions
The service user (Windows login) needs full access permissions (read, write, and delete) to files in the file location where the job documents reside.
If the service does not have permission or cannot locate the file, the following error is likely to occur, when uploading documents.
