A transaction status may be checked at anytime after it is uploaded (during the day) or the status is automatically checked over night and updated.
Check transfer status via the bank register
Open the Bank Account register and hover the mouse over the transaction status indicator.
Mouse over the status indicator and a popup appears providing the current status such as "Awaiting user authorisation online".
Click the "More information" hyperlink.
The "EFT Transfer Status" form appears:
Click "Awaiting user authorisation online".
The "EFT Direct Upload" form appears.
If the status is "Pending", the software will automatically poll the status.
If there has been a previous message you may need to click the "Update now" button to poll the status.
If the transaction has been authorised (or there is an error reported) the transaction status will be updated.
The transaction status is updated overnight
A scheduled tasks keeps track of all transactions and automatically updates the transaction status.
Manual status update (optional)
By clicking the Update Now button in the EFT Upload you can update the status manually if you need to see the results before the next scheduled update.
