STP Error: Validation error minLength constraint failed 'TelephoneMinimalN' has an invalid value according to its data type

Solution: Check the user record of the submitting user. The current user's phone number is submitted in the STP file.

From Main Menu click on "Users". Search for the user and double-click on the user's name.
Enter the user "phone" record in the correct format.
