Solution: Resubmit the STP using different credentials.
Complete the input page with the following:
- Answer FALSE to Lodging as Intermediary
- Remove any Intermediary ABN that may have been entered
- Ensure the CAC is correct
You may not be able to resubmit the previously failed submission, so you may need to submit a new "Current Year Submit" using the date range that is relevant for the submission.
You can mark the failed submission as "Flag as do not submit" to remove this failed submission from the list.
Right hand click on the submission file and select 'Flag as do not submit'.
