There are 3 areas where an email signature can be set:
- For a Job - from the Job file menu, select Job ->Job Settings
- For a User - in the User Profile under the Signatures tab
- For a Practice - from the Practice menu select Practice -> Practice Settings (recommended method)
Setting the HTML Email Signature in the practice
From the job file menu select Practice > Job Practice.
Copy & Paste the file path to a HTML file so it appears at the bottom of of the preview box:
Note: Ensure the file is saved in a location all staff can access

If you apply the HTML email signature to the practice then it applies to all jobs . You don’t need to apply the signature to a job unless you want a different signature on that particular job and you don't have to apply a HTML signature to each user either.
You can use RF codes to personalise correspondence within the email (and documents)
