STP Error: The Request could not be processed. Reason: Forbidden

If you are receiving the message you will need to confirm your authentication certificates for STP are up to date.

MYOB has issued new certificates that provide authentication for Insol6 Insolvency to access the single touch payroll lodgement service.   

To correctly copy the file:

1. Please download the attached MYOB_STP_Cert_jan23.zip file containing the latest MYOB STP Certificate, and
2. Navigate to Manage Document Templates
3. Click "Import Zipped Templates"
4. Locate the zip file (MYOB_STP_Cert_jan23.zip) attached to this ticket
5. Click "Import"

• You may do this on your machine if you have permission to access Manage Document Templates.
• The new certificate file below is saved into this folder in the merge temple folder.
