The Job Setup Wizard (Personal jobs)

Creating a new personal job

To set up a new Personal job in Insolvency, from the toolbar select +New > Job

The Job set up wizard will start.

a. Select the Personal Tab to display all the Personal insolvency types:

Click Next to confirm the job type. Then Finish to continue:

 b. Enter the information for the new job, then click Next:

c. Add the Debtor to the Estate (if joint, add each debtor separately)

Your screen should look like the below. Then click next to continue.

d. Configure the Main workteam for the job:

e. Enter the appointment details by clicking on the ellipses

f. Add the appointee details:

(You may optionally configure the set up wizard to create customised documents as part of the workflow)

h. Add or confirm the job's address: (Defaults from the practice (office))

i. Select the Chart of Accounts, then click next:

j. Complete the new job wizard by clicking finish:

k. A new job is now created in Insol!
