Advising creditors when an online meeting is opened

There isn’t any automatic process that advises creditors that an online resolution has commenced.  You need to communicate with creditors to advise them of the online voting process.

When does an online meeting open?

With an "online meeting" (this is different for resolutions without meetings) when the UTC time of the meeting arrives the resolution voting buttons are automatically enabled and votes will be able to be submitted.
