Before a meeting opens or during the period when a meeting is suspended, you can record votes against resolutions.
You may wish to record votes that have been submitted to you directly due to a user recording a vote via proxy or you may wish to ensure creditors attending the meeting have valid proxies. You may also want to record attendees that have attended but not voted.
To edit resolutions votes:
- Open the meeting form (Portal tab > Online meetings tab):
- Select the Meeting Attendance tab
The Meeting Attendance form appears. - Add a creditor
If the creditor hasn't voted already then move the creditor from the LHS to the RHS. - Edit the vote
Once the creditor appears in the RHS, you can double click the creditor attendance record.
The meeting attendance and voting form appears: - Enter the vote information
- Ensure the claim is admitted
- Select the Proxy Information and the Resolution voting options
- Click "Save and Exit"
The vote is recorded and the resolution totals are updated.
When the meeting is next published, for example when closing and uploading the meeting, the new vote will be uploaded to the portal and be included in the poll results.
- Ensure the claim is admitted
