Conducting Online meetings
An updated easy to use, intuitive voting platform has been released as part of the creditors portal. Here is the software user guide.
Additional enhancements allow you to hide, lock and show resolutions during a meeting. When opening or closing voting on a resolution, an auto refresh feature refreshes the view for attendees on the voting page. The voting process is more workflow driven from registration, submitting claims, providing proxies, voting and displaying the poll results.
Creditor registration has been re-designed to make registration easier.

Forms 5602 and 5603
Revenue accounts now have the option to suppress payee details. Previously this was only available to expense accounts. Ticking this option in the account properties and using the suppress option in the Form 5602/3 wizard will result in the suppressing of payee information for the flagged accounts if required for confidentiality purposes.
FEG Payment approvals
In previous versions all direct FEG payments created as a batch skipped the payment approval stage(s). This has been changed so that these types of batches will pass through the payment authorisation workflow (if enabled). If you are not using payment approvals, you will not notice any change.
Importing Creditor Contacts
In a creditor import spreadsheet, if the Creditor Name, First Name and Last name fields are populated and Is Individual is set to N (or blank), then a contact record will be created using the First and Last Name provided and will be linked to the creditor.
Payroll
The payslip report has been updated to be more consistent with the reporting of allowances detailed in this ATO article.
In addition, payslip reports will be automatically generated and attached when sending email payment notifications for employee payment batches. These batches can only be generated using the integrated banking facility in the application.
Reporting
A new receipts and payments summary by account (un-grouped) has been added. This is the same report as the existing receipts and payments summary by account, but the output is not grouped into trading and non-trading sections.
Document Authorisation Tasks
You may now view the recipient list from the system task pop application. Right hand click in the merged documents area and select Show Recipients, as per the below screen shot.
Manage Document Templates
A new function has been added to Manage Document Templates. You can now unzip the distributed Document Templates to the correct location, no matter where the zip file is located. It will also unblock the templates if the user has the correct file system permissions.
