You may configure the online resolutions state.
To edit the state of online resolutions:
- Navigate to the "Online Meetings" tab
- Click "Manage the Resolution Status"
The resolution portal status form appears. - Select the Portal Status from the drop down option
- Click "Submit Changes"
The resolution state will be automatically synchronised with published meetings on the portal by pressing "Submit changes". You do not have to take down the meeting and republish. - Auto refresh
The resolutions will automatically be refreshed for all voters during a meeting.
The different states are described as follows:
Visible
A resolution is visible on the portal and may be voted on when the meeting or resolution is open.
Hidden
The voters will not see this resolution. You may want to hide resolutions that are dependent on the outcome of other resolutions. An example may be where a vote at a VA meeting may result in either a liquidation or a DOCA. Once the outcome of the first resolution is known the dependent resolution can be published and then voted on.
Locked
By locking a resolution you can prevent voters voting on the resolutions. Where a resolution outcome has been determined you may want to lock a resolution so voters cannot vote after announcing the result.
When you close a meeting the results of the vote will show by default. However, if the resolution is locked then the results will show as locked, so remember to set the resolution to "show results" of "visible".
Locked (show results)
By locking a resolution you can prevent voters voting on the resolutions, but you may also want to show the results of the vote.
