As part of the creditor import process you can import the unsecured creditor claims and create the dividend payments in a single process.
Import Spreadsheet
The creditor import spreadsheet (also available using the bulk import option) has columns for claim details and payment details.
Claim detail columns
Entering the claim detail columns will ensure you correctly import the claim:
- Debt Amount
- POD Date
- POD Amount
- Admit For
Payment detail columns
Entering the payment detail columns will ensure you create a payment as part of the import:
- Payment Amount
- Payment Date
- Cheque Number
The added spreadsheet columns are below:
Entering the EFT details will create an EFT payment and/or enter the bank details for the imported Counterparty:
- EFT Method ("Set to EFT")
- Account Name
- Account No
- BSB
- Remittee Email (used for remittance advices)
Import options: Choosing a Batch
Using the bulk import process, you may select a batch payment option. Choosing the batch option allows you to filter the imported payments into a separate batch making it easier to select the group of payments in a payment run.
Import options: Select a dividend
Using the standard creditor import process, you can match the payment against a dividend (for statutory reporting purposes).

Transactions import (Distributions_import) – Creditor Reference match:
- Field for Dividend Transactions payments only (both credit and debit entries)
- No entries for Fees or AFSA RC
Creditor & Debt Import (Debt_Creditor Import)
- Use the Reference from this import to identify the transaction for matching.
