An example of when you may need to setup a contribution schedule in a Corporate job may be when a Director has an arrangement to refund the Director Loan Account, or a preference recovery.
Setting up a Contribution Schedule
Select Transactions>Contributions>New Contribution and the contribution can be setup similar to the below example
Receipts coded to the Contribution Schedule will report on the form 5602 with the ASIC Category 'Other Receipts' as shown below.
If the receipts should report as a different category on the 5602, then you need to enter the Accounts Receivable for each contribution manually, coded to an appropriate account. There is more information about ASIC Reporting categories here.
