STP Error: StateOrTerritoryC' has invalid value according to its data type

You may experience this error if the address of the employee is outside of Australia and you have data entered in the State and Postcode fields.

The  ATO rule states ​that if the country is not Australia then state and post code must be blank.

You should enter the address like this.

You will get a green warning stating the State and Postcode are blank but you can enter through this warning and continue with the submission.
