This may happen if the client has not been on-boarded correctly.
Any of the following problems were found:
- Anti-virus failed
This is unlikely. - Decryption failed
This is unlikely because the on boarding process tests the encryption and decryption process. - Sender is not allowed to transmit to the bank
This will be the likely cause. The solution is to contact the bank and ensure the sender (Insol 6 banking) is enabled. - The file could not be parsed into transaction groups
This is unlikely.
