This may happen if the client has not been on-boarded correctly, or if the file has been rejected. The full message reads:
"Any of the following problems were found: Anti-virus failed, Decryption failed, Sender is not allowed to transmit to the bank, The file could not be parsed into transaction groups"
Any of the following problems were found:
- Anti-virus failed
This is unlikely. - Decryption failed
This is unlikely because the on boarding process tests the encryption and decryption process. - The file could not be parsed into transaction groups
This is unlikely. - Rejected by bank:
This will be the most likely reason if there is an Information Message
Rejection reason(s) will be displayed in the bank file error 'Information Message'. There may be illegal characters included in the account name or other field, please attempt to resubmit, and contact Insol6 Support if the error persists.
- Sender is not allowed to transmit to the bank
This will be the 2nd most likely cause. The solution is to contact the bank and ensure the sender (Insol 6 banking) is enabled.
