Creditors portal error - Portal service failed to upload payload

This is an error processing the document upload

It could be one of these things:

• Sending an email
• Connecting to external document management and performing (update, delete, insert)
• Upload a document to blob storage
  
  The path to the document being greater than 255 characters may have caused this.
• Downloading a document
• Posting a message to the portal
