This article explains how to add a meeting of Creditors without using the Creditors Portal:
Proceed to Estate -> Meetings Register -> (+) Add
Add in the relevent information, such as:
Meeting Type
Format
Description
Time/Dates
Meeting URL (If online) - The system will prompt for an address if a Physical meeting is selected
Disregard the Voting URL - this is only for the Creditors Portal
Selecting Notice, will start a Document Production process top produce emails and/or hard copy notifications of the meeting. Select from your templates the appropriate documents and click Next.
Select the format and click Next - see Document production workflow for further details on how to select recipients, edit, and produce the documents. Note Job Contacts in recipient can include solicitors, accountants, and other representatives.
You have now created a meeting of Creditors and notified the applicable parties.
