When a user is added as a SaaS user (on-boarded for the first time), they will receive a registration email.
This email expires in 24 hours.
- User receives a registration email.
The email has the follow content:
- Click the "Confirm Registration" link
Clicking the email link to be prompted to enter and confirm the password.
- Click "OK"
The user is now registered.
Practice admin user
As part of the on-boarding process, an admin user will be set up as a registered user. The practice admin will be responsible for adding and configuring the other users.
Tokens expire if the user hasn't clicked on the registration email within 24 hours.
If a user is unable to register as the token issued has expired, then a SaaS Administrator can remove a user from the practice and re-add to re-issue the registration token and re-send the registration email.
The user can also generate a new email by using the 'Forgot password' feature.
Forget password feature
If a user has been added as a SaaS user and receives a "token has expired" message or has any issue logging in, the user can:
- Navigate to https://insol6.app
- Use the "Forget password" feature on the login page to re-initiate the email confirmation process.
