All new CBA accounts require an authority before they will be activated for banking integration. Speak to your account manager to sign an authority.
Once an account is enabled you will be able to see the service preferences in the Automated preference.
Insol integration with CBA requires a "File Level Status Report" that indicates information regarding the transmission each file.
To enable the report a CommBiz Admin must complete the following:
- Log into CommBiz
- Click ADMIN at the top
- Click SERVICE on the left
- Click PREFERENCES on the left
- Click AUTOMATED PREFERENCE at the top
- Click EDIT at bottom right
- Choose CSV format - 1
