Once you upload a file (and is "awaiting authorisation") you cannot delete/amend it until the status changes.
You may only delete a transaction linked to an upload file if it is in a completed state by or removed from an upload batch. You cannot edit / remove transactions from an upload batch if it is "Awaiting authorisation".
To delete the file from internet banking and update the file status
- Logon to internet banking
- Delete the uploaded file on the banking platform
- Use the Insol 6 software to "Check the File Status"
The file status will be updated as follows
- Delete/Amend the transaction
