Note
Before you enter your credentials, you will need a product licence. The licence is free, but, there is a step required to onboard.
Enter credentials
Once you have a product licence, an admin user may login to SaaS and enter the client user credentials, by following these steps.
- Navigate to the company search set up page

Or navigate through the Maintenance Settings on the LHS menu. - Under the Search Settings, click "Company Search"
The company search credentials appear. - Enter the InfoTrack Username and Password
- Click "Submit"
- Click "Test Connection"
- Refresh the browser
The ‘Company Search’ menu item should now appear as enabled.
Note
- To grant users access to Company Search Admins may tick the "Organisation Search" role in Maintenance | Users.
- The Company Search LHS menu is disabled if a user does not have the role added
