ARITA Corporate Template Updates August 2023 – Aryza Australia

If you have created a custom copy of the ARITA templates you may need to manually adjust your copy. The below Insol6 Insolvency version of these templates have been updated as described.

12191 (SBR) - LTR - Creditors - Initial notification v2_2	Annexure D supposedly removed. Insol6 version 2_1 was already correct. Awaiting response from ASIC re s600g paragraph deletion
15115 (Liq) - APP - Formal notice to deliver books v2_1	Reference to Corporations Act - Define and change to the Act. Reference to 'the above Company' in point 3 changed to 'the Company'.
17104 - APP - Consent to act (dual appointments) v1_0	Insol6 coding of 17100 - APP - Consent to act v2_0 allows for single or dual appointments. There is no need for this template in insol6.
17127 (CVL) - APP - Members' minutes v1_2	Refer to the company with a capital 'C' consistently through the template. Remove [RF_ADMIN_APPT_SUFFIX] as company is not yet in Liquidation.
17303 - APP - Directors & employees - Responsibilities during appointment v2_1	Reference to Corporations Act - Add 2001 Reference to 'the company' changed to 'the Company'. Change administrator to [RF_APPOINTEE_DESCRIPTION] and [RF_APPOINTEE_DESCRIPTION_POSSESSIVE] where required.
17331 (Court) - LTR - Directors & Officers - Notice of appointment and request ROCAP v4_0	company to Company (4th bullet point had a little c, and in other parts of the doc) s to section inconsistencies (there were a few instances of this – need to be consistent) Corps Act was defined in second para, but then it was not referenced correctly (as the Act) at “Pursuant to section 590 of the Corporations Act, an officer of the company commits an offence if they:” and again later in the document. liquidator to Liquidator – inconsistencies throughout letter. add a reference to section 475(2)
22204 - FN - Meeting preparation v3_1	Correct polls for virtual meetings information
22290 - APP - Notice of meeting v4_1	Added guidance about polls to the virtual meeting section
F507 (A) ROCAP - Part A v2_1 F507 (B) ROCAP - Part B v2_1	ROCAP is an ASIC form and supplied to all user, including Non ARITA users. Insol6 does not supply ARITA versions of ASIC forms. No ROCAP update required. Insol6 version does not have Example only on the annexure.

17100 – APP – Consent to act v2_0	[RF_APPOINTEE_DESCRIPTION] has replaced the word Liquidator in the heading. In 2nd paragraph the company is updated to the Company. Should Corporation Act have 2001 after it. Q is with ARITA
17121 – (CVL) – LTR – Directors – Pre-appointment package v5_1	Sign off has been updated to include the practice name [RF_PRACTICE_NAME] Appointee description RF has been replaced with the word Partner as the this is a pre appointment document.
17241 (VA) - LTR - Company - Notice of appointment by secured party v1_1	Datasource has been updated to <Custom Datasource (with recipients)>. When running the template it will link to the contact role Company Secretary if one has been setup.
17143 (VA) - APP - Directors' minutes v1_2	Meeting address, date and time details reverted back to ARITA codes in heading of template. Directors convene the meeting and to complete these details when they hold meeting.
17281 (REC) - LTR - Company - Notice of appointment by secured party v1_0	First paragraph rf updated from [RF_ADMIN_TYPE] to [RF_APPT_TYPE]
17500 – APP – Pre-appointment remuneration advice v3_0	On the first page the following sentence has had me replaced with the RF code [RF_APPOINTEE_ME_US] in the sentence 'If you have paid or are paying.....'
21401 - LTR - Debtors - Initial request for payment v1_1	Email merge field added to template.
22291 - FN - Statement in writing of posting v2_0	The document template name was updated in sql script but not on the word doc itself. So no file found was being reported.
26209 - APP - EFT details form v1_0	Jobs RFs for bank account have been removed. Merge fields for creditors name/company and reference have been updated.
27762 (MVL) - LTR - ATO - follow up tax clearance v1_0	Some RF codes in first paragraph were missing the open square bracket.
37920 (CVL) - WP - Finalisation workpaper v4_0	Script was updated but template was not previously distributed. Template included in this distribution.
