We were unable to process your submission because your submission had an incorrect BMS ID. Please check you have used the correct identifier for the submission.
This error is likely caused by submitting the STP batch on one wrong CAC and subsequently changing the CAC and then resubmitting the STP batch.
If you originally submitted the STP on the wrong CAC you should:
- Resubmit the correct STP submission for the CAC
This may involve submitting a Nil submission to correct the submissions
If there has been previous transactions then submit a year to date update.
- Create and submit a new STP submission for the correct CAC.
Solution: Ensure the CAC is correct, ABN is correct, BMSID is correct.
If not intended as a full file replacement, remove the full file replacement indicator. Otherwise verify Branch and/or BMSID and resubmit
