Balance Change Alerts
You no longer need to access internet banking to check that funds have been received.
Each day that there is a change in a Job's Account's balance, an alert email will be sent that helps you keep track of a summary of deposits and payments that move through your bank accounts. Note, emails must be configured in InsolDataSync service.
Reporting Manager
The reporting manager will receive the Balance Change email alert. The screenshot below shows where to specify the reporting manager.

Emails are not being received?
Please ensure that your email settings have an authentication method and a password entered.
Navigate to Application Settings > Email Settings in the software:
Notes
- If an account doesn't have a debit or credit movement/change then it will not be contained in the balance alert
- The InsolDataSync service must be configured to send Emails via an SMTP endpoint. Networking and authorization changes to your network may prevent alerts from being sent.
- If using an Azure SQL Database and emails were working previously, please raise a new Help Center ticket.
