Firstly, with this error it is import to understand the full error message so our support know where in the software the error is occurring.
When this error is associated with merging to MS Word then the issue is likely to be one of the following:
1. MS Word is not installed
2. There is a MS Word dialogue box that pops up when you open MS Word.
