Error 91 usually indicates that data is not entered or missing. Perhaps you are trying to print a report that results in this error.
Take the following steps to try to resolve:
- Ask, does this error occur for all other jobs? This will indicate that a data record is missing from that particular job.
- Look at the job and see which bit of data may be missing. See if any other data looks strange (missing address, missing appointees, missing appointment record).
- Test the specifics of the report and try to identify which field may be missing and causing the error to occur.
- If you are unable to identify the issue then support will need to look at the database and the specific job causing the error. Development can debug the error and see which field is causing the error.
