Setting the Job Document management folder - the path specified is invalid

Invalid Path

This error will occur if the software cannot find the path to the Job's document directory.

This may occur if you do not have access to the document folder from a remote location or from a newly set up machine.

Update the Job folder

To update a Job document folder:

1. Open the Job Settings from the Job menu
2. Set the correct path in the "Document management folder" field
   
   

Note

You may need to set the document management folder to a UNC path if you are using the creditors' portal or integrating with an external document service.
