Reassign Job Roles in Bulk

To assign Job Roles to another user without going into each job individually you need to access the User record for the employee who is leaving, go to the Job Roles tab and remove the user from all the associated reporting roles.

Once the roles have been removed from the first user, you need to access the new users User record and add them to the required reporting roles.
