Error 372 - Failed to load control

This particular error is associated with a windows dll/registry issue when the system can't find the information it is looking for it returns the message that it is unable to load a particular control.

Try the following in order assuming the previous instruction doesn't correct the issue:

1. Restart application

If restart does not work try
2. Rebooting your machine

If reboot doesn't work try
3. Reinstalling the application

Note: If you are on a Terminal Server, you should request IT to reset your session and try again.
