Determine who users specific Number Types

If you have added a specific number type such as "email work" and there is an existing number type called "email" how do you determine which entities have values entered for "Email work" type, so you may consolidated the data?

Attached is a query you IT can run on the SQL Server that will return the specified number type.

The Number Type Description is specified in the query.
