It is best to type the text of the error you see and what you're trying to so so we can more easily identify your issue. Try to avoid writing "Error" or "Issue with Insolvency software". Highlight which part of the software you're using. - A list of possible solutions appears

When recording a ticket provide screen shots and then steps to replicate the issue.
By logging a ticket, we can track the issues you have raised and the solutions we provide. We can determine whether a solution has been provided in a timely manner.
You will also see all the previous issues raised and answered.
