Reviewing Posted time vs capacity

The Time Review > Summary page provides an assessment of how much time has been posted for the period as compared to the user(s) capacity.

A Posted time vs capacity view is available.

If the user sees all green bars, then all time has been posted in line with the capacity.

To view Posted time vs capacity:

1. Navigate to the Time Review > Summary page
   
   
   
   
2. Click the Posted time vs Capacity review button
   
   The Posted time vs capacity view appears.
   
   
   
   
   
   The view shows a daily assessment of the number of hours posted by the user(s) in relation to their capacity.
   
   The cell displayed below shows 6.00 posted hours (including chargeable and non-chargeable) in relation to the total capacity 7.50 hours.
   
   
   
   
3. Drill down on a particular day to see the detailed list for that day.
4. Post additional time or navigate to the time entry page to enter more time.

Colour chart

• Green: 75%+ capacity reached
• Yellow: Less than 75% capacity
• Red: Less than 50% capacity
• Blue/Purple: Reduced capacity / Leave
• Grey: No time filled out

The percentages for the colour in the recoverable bar are:

• Red < 50%
• Yellow < 75%
• Green 75%+
