Windows Logon
In the software, the user record has a field called "Windows Logon".
If your Windows Active Directory logon name matches the software's user record Windows Logon, then the software will automatically log you in.
If these records don't match then you will be presented with the following dialogue:
The best way to resolve this issue is to contact a system administrator and make sure that the Windows Logon field correctly matches your Windows user name.
User record
The Windows Logon field is a field in the User record within the Insolvency software that matches your Microsoft Windows log on profile. The Windows Logon field may need to have the domain name specified, "Domain\username".

If you need to enter a domain name to log in, enter the Windows Logon as: MyDomain\username.
Update User
You may update a user's Windows Logon but navigating to the user via Main menu > Users.
