Application Error Number: 3021
Description: Either BOF or EOF is True, or the current record has been deleted. Requested operation requires a current record.
This error appears when a user doesn't have an email address and the alert for that user is the last one in the list of recipients generated by the Weekly Task alert process.
To resolve this issue check that everyone who would be included to receive task alerts has a valid email address so that all your alerts can be sent correctly.
To check a users' email address: click on
- Click on Main Menu > Users
- Search for the user by entering the user's name
- double click on the user to display the user form
- confirm the email address entered in the GENERAL tab.
An update of the Scheduler (systask.exe) will be included in the next release (2017.x) to avoid this error appearing in the future.
It is important that you check the validity of all email addresses as invalid ones will result in that user not receiving their alerts.
