Insolvency can send you emails to alert you to:
- Overdue tasks
(appointees, managers and users assigned to tasks / weekly or daily) - Accounts payable
(Cash book operators) - Meetings
(Job Role and meeting Chairperson)
You may also set up a schedule to permanently delete jobs (as when you delete a job it is merely marked as "to be deleted" until you run the permanent delete procedure). The software needs to be installed on the service machine.
Service Install
The task reminders run on a server machine. This is typically a machine that is always (usually) kept turned on and user's do not typically use for day-to-day personal computing.
Setting up a new Server
When you are relocating the SysTasks.exe service to a new server, a new Windows Scheduler Event needs to be setup for each alert that the practice requires. The connection credentials will also need to be reconfigured with the new server's details.
Relocating the database
Where SysTasks.exe was running on another machine but the Insol database has been moved to a new server, the connection credentials will also need to be reconfigured with the new server's details. To do this you need to delete a file called 39B8AC2C-A0FD-49E9-808D-C8642D9595EA in the application directory (same directory as SysTasks.exe) then run SysTasks.exe which will prompt you for the new credentials.
See the attached document for instructions.

Example of an email task alert:
Task Reminders for Multiple databases
You cannot configure multiple instances of Systasks.exe to run on one machine.
If you need a second instance of systasks.exe connected to a different database you will need to run it on a different machine.
