When you complete one stage of the document production process, you may initiate an email to alert the user within the next stage:
Stages where an email is created include:
- When you create the document for review
- When you send the document for authorisation
- When you are the authoriser but you ask another user to authorise a document
- To despatch a document
Below is an example of the despatch email.
The email shows links to documents saved within the file system. Click the hyperlinks to open documents.
There are different formats of this email depending whether web approvals are enabled. The email shows
When you click on a the "local machine" link a separate application that runs, called InsolvencyAuths.exe, which displays the document production task, without the need to open the software.
Click "Save Task > mark all as sent and save as completed" to complete the despatch stage.
You can perform most of the document production tasks from with in the InsolvencyAuths application.
