Configuring transactions for payment types

As in STP1, individual transaction line items can be configured and where necessary split between different types (for example split between taxable and non-taxable ETP’s).

This functionality has been enhanced to incorporate the new payment types and made more user friendly in terms of identifying which options are being selected.  The options are also backwards compatible with STP1.
