Basis of Capacity

By configuring capacity, you may set a baseline number of daily hours for "Chargeable" and "Total" hours an employee is required to do.

For example, you may wish to set a requirement for employees to perform 8 total hours of which 6.5 hours per day should be chargeable hours.

Reviewing capacity

You may view different views of Employee Capacity.

For example, you can review the available employee hours (capacity) compared to the actual chargeable hours entered/posted as a percentage.
