Importing Controlling Trustee (CT) Fees

The CT fees need to be imported as accounts payable.

Prepare the spreadsheet

To import Liability to Appointee, use the xxx spreadsheet.

An example spreadsheet will look like this below:

Notes

• The fees need to be imported as Accounts payable
  • Debit: Fees: Controlling Trustee (Costs of Realisation)
  • Credit: Liability to Appointee: Fees (Accounts Payable)
• As the fees relate to the Part X Controlling Trustee Job type - Enter PXCONT in the Job Type column.
• If the fee has been paid, enter the amount paid in the "Total Paid" column.  If the fee has been paid by the PIA trustee, enter PXPIA in the "Paid from job type" column.

1. Navigate to the Practice

3. Use the custom import
4. eic
5. Locate the spreassheet
