Manually connecting to a relocated database

The Insolvency database has been relocated to a new server.

When you open the insolvency application you should receive a warning message:

When you click “OK” you will be prompted to enter new connection details:

Enter the Server name and Database name as above.

Server:  MySQLServer

Database:  Insol2

Leave the User Name and Password as it appears above.

DO NOT change the user name and password.

Click “Test”.

Click “OK”.

You should now be logged into the software automatically.

If you are presented with this screen:

It means your Windows login is not a user within the Insolvency software. You need to have an administrator add you as a user.
