To use the functionality in the software, the user/mailbox needs to be configured with to Send As 'Insol6_Insolvency'. If this is not set you may see the error "The client does not have permission to send as":
An example of how to configure send as permissions is detailed in this article.
Testing "Send as" permissions:
- Enter the "Alert from mailbox"
This mailbox will be different to the mailbox associated with the logon details (username and password) - Set the debug folder (a folder accessible to your machine)

A message box will appear "Test message sent".
Testing "Send To" permissions:
Some SMTP servers may be locked down to prevent users from sending to external mail boxes.
To test that an email mailbox can send externally
- Set the "System Notifiation Mail box" to an address external to the domain
- Set the debug folder (a folder accessible to your machine)
- Click Send Test To
A message box will appear "Test message sent".
Note
If an error occurs when sending the debug file will contain details of the messages reported by the STMP mail server.
