There's usually no need to create a database (cannot have two databases with same name in Azure, just like SQL Server, so may delete this section).
- Click "+ Create"
- In the "Create SQL Database" screen, the subscription, resource group and server details should be pre-completed.
- Add the following details:
- Database name: Insol6
- No SQL elastic pool
- Compute + storage: select "configure database"
- In the "Configure" screen, select the "Basic" option, then click "Apply".
- Backup storage redundancy: Geo-redundant backup storage.
- Click 'Review and create'. Azure then validates the selection.
- Click 'Create' once the validation has finished.
