The use of [RF_Current_User_XXX] replace fields

These are some of the common current user codes:

[RF_CURRENTUSER_CORRO_NAME]	User's Correspondence Name (also use [RF_CURRENTUSER2_*)
[RF_CURRENTUSER_FAX]	User's Fax Number (also use [RF_CURRENTUSER2_*)
[RF_CURRENTUSER_INITIALS]	User Initials (also use [RF_CURRENTUSER2_*)
[RF_CURRENTUSER_MAIL]	User's Email Address (also use [RF_CURRENTUSER2_*)
[RF_CURRENTUSER_MOBILE]	User's Mobile Phone Number (also use [RF_CURRENTUSER2_*)
[RF_CURRENTUSER_NAME]	User Name (also use [RF_CURRENTUSER2_*)
[RF_CURRENTUSER_PHONE]	User's Phone Number (also use [RF_CURRENTUSER2_*)

When creating a document, these replace fields will populate with the current logged on user's details.

On document output wizards will provide a user selector:

In this case, you may change the the user and the [RF_CURRENTUSER_ replace fields will populate with the details of the selected user. You may choose a different user if you are preparing a document on behalf of another user.

If you select a second user, the [RF_CURRENTUSER_2 replace fields will populate with the second user's details.
